Saurabh has extensive experience in executing strategic products & innovations across leading global technology companies including Yahoo!, SAP, Oracle, Worldspan and Galileo at their North America, Europe and India offices. He holds an advanced Master’s degree in Global Enterprise Management from GDW Consortium – a joint initiative of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, SDA Bocconi School of Management Milan, University of Hong Kong, and UCLA Anderson School of Management Los Angeles. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.

Chief Technology Officer
Shreedhar is the Chief Technology Officer of Spire Technologies Inc. Prior to joining Spire he functioned as the Director of Product Development of a US based company running its engineering and operations activities in India. He is a technologist with 19+ years of experience in senior roles managing team creation, product development, delivery, sustained deployment and operations.
Shreedhar has built and delivered products for Spire in the areas of content management, team collaboration, instant messaging, search, rich web applications, portals, middleware and database security, and industry vertical applications.
Chief Marketing Officer
Neeraj is an avid marketer and has over two decades of international marketing experience across various industries. He started his career in 1995 with the Indian multinational Asian Paints and subsequently worked in a host of global companies including America’s News Corp, New Britain’s erstwhile corporate titan Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), Spain’s Agrolimen, India’s ayurvedic giant Dabur and F7 Broadcast Private Ltd., a media company which he helped set up in 2014.
Marketing campaigns designed by Neeraj have won awards at prestigious platforms such as Effies, Emvies, ENBA and Asian advertising forums. Neeraj himself has won several accolades including the recognition of Media Person of the Year at the World Brand Congress in 2011. He is a regular speaker at numerous marketing forums and has been invited to teach MBA students at IIM, Bangalore since the last four years.
Neeraj holds a B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PEC, Chandigarh. He is also a Post Graduate in Business Management from IIM, Bangalore and has undergone leadership trainings at Harvard.

Sujata’s approach is to define organizations through the capabilities they possess and require. She has a rich and diverse experience of having worked and led HR in different parts of India, Europe and South-East Asia. In her career spanning over two decades, she has worked closely with senior business leaders to help create key competencies in the organizations around service orientation, changing mindset, learning, collaboration, accountability, talent, innovation and efficiency.

Senior Vice President – Sales & Business Development
Greg Sigel is the Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development, North America with Spire Innovations Inc. Greg has extensive experience in leading global sales, marketing and business development across multiple technology sectors including natural language processing, digital media and software security, and their application in mobile and consumer electronics markets.
As the Vice President, Greg helped lead three businesses to acquisitions, totaling close to $200 million in value – Blackberry acquired Certicom, Nuance Communications acquired Keisense and Irdeto acquired Cloakware. Nuance awarded Greg with the Chairman’s Club Status recognizing his contribution.
Greg has an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
VP – Business Operations
Shweta is the Vice President of Business Operations at Spire Technologies Inc. In this role she provides a bridge between the strategic vision and operational readiness; program management for strategic initiatives and supports a range of activities including presales, sales operations and critical hiring.
Shweta has over 18 years of experience primarily in the USA in senior roles ranging from Director of IT, Senior Program Manager and Client Manager in healthcare and finance domains. She has expertise in conceptualizing and creating applications. She is a natural at building and enhancing peer level client relationships and ensuring customer success at the C level.
Chief Financial Consultant
Sudheer is Partner at Encube Venture Partners LLP and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting, M&A and due diligence, structured finance and private equity placements. A results-driven finance professional with analytical and financial skills, Sudheer served as the CFO for Nous Systems in his previous assignment. He has also worked with Microland and Planetasia in various strategic positions.
As a virtual CFO, Sudheer works with the management teams of multiple companies providing them strategic advice and assisting them take bigger strides in their growth paths.
VP Business Development, Americas
Abhijit leads the business development efforts for Spire in North America. He spent over 18 years working with large outsourcing, technology consulting and software product companies during which he has built strategic relationships with leading Fortune 500 companies. He has won several accolades for leading successful sales, presales and delivery teams in North America.
Abhijit is based in Boston and currently focuses on sales support, new client acquisition and strategic partnerships for Spire in the Americas region.
