Brian Dunn retired as the Chairman of McLagan and the CEO of Performance, Reward & Talent for Aon Hewitt Consulting Worldwide. He recently served as a special advisor to the Vatican where he developed plans for a new HR function and helped create an executive development program for Vatican leaders. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Silvercrest Asset Management where he is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Governance and Audit Committees. He is also a Board Member of the Phi Delta Theta Educational Foundation where he is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Dunn is a lecturer at Cornell University, a Senior Advisor to the Bank Administration Institute and has a number of consulting clients.
Before his retirement, Mr. Dunn specialized in incentive and executive compensation and his compensation committee relationships include Ameriprise, Chicago Board Options Exchange, DTCC, Goldman Sachs, Investment Technology Group, Leerink Swann, M&T Bank, PNC Financial, Regions Financial, Webster Bank and Zions Bancorporation. He also advised management at Axis Capital, Capital One, Cushman and Wakefield, Fannie Mae, Ecolab, First Horizon, Grossmans, JPMorgan Chase, Lincoln Financial, Prudential Financial, Timberland, and US Bancorp. Mr. Dunn also worked with dozens of private firms helping develop partnership and phantom equity plans as well as assisting in creating compensation packages for newly hired executives.
As CEO of Aon’s Performance, Reward and Talent Mr. Dunn was actively involved in growing and increasing profitability of the $500 million business. He has a keen insight into the services management business and has a deep understanding of the drivers of profitability in a people and service business.
Mr. Dunn received a B.S. degree summa cum laude from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 1977 and an M.B.A. with highest honors from the Cornell University Graduate School of Management in 1981.

Viraj has over twenty years of international experience in general management, marketing, sales, strategy, e-commerce and market research in the financial services industry. He has more than 8 years of international experience in senior positions with American Express Europe and Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBoS). He has managed large P&Ls in both UK and India. Viraj’s last assignment was as Business Head, Credit Cards for Standard Chartered Bank in India.

Abhay is the Chief Executive Officer of Manipal Technologies Ltd. (MTL) which is India’s largest integrated print solutions provider in the private sector. A post graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, Abhay has a rich experience of 29 years in banking, financial services and information technology companies. In his most recent stint, Abhay served as the Managing Director and Partner of Logica, Global Operations & India. His experience includes working with many global organizations such as Mphasis India (before and after acquisition by EDS), GE Capital Services India and American Express Bank Ltd. He is recognized for building ground operations to drive change and in implementing operations improvement plans.
Abhay excels in guiding teams at various levels of organization to provide solutions that deliver business value. He has led multi-cultural teams across many geographies.
Abhay is a guest speaker at various engineering and management institutes, associations and public forums, etc. He was formerly the Chairman of American Chamber of Commerce, Chennai.
Professor, Corporate Strategy and Policy
Dr. S. Raghunath is a Professor of Corporate Strategy and Policy. He is currently the Dean (Admin) at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. He has donned several roles in premium management institutions as the Chairperson of the NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning; Chairperson of the IIMB International Student Exchange at different times over the past two decades at IIM, Bangalore.
Dr. Raghunath’s current portfolio includes teaching strategy, strategic alliances, e-business strategies and models in the post graduate programs and the readings course on strategic networks in the doctoral programme. He has coached many top senior managers of Indian as well as multinational companies. Since 24 years, he has been offering professional services to companies such as General Electric, General Motors, IBM, Essar, HP, Metro Cash & Carry, Satyam, Wipro, SAIL, Tata Steel, Volvo and Ashok Leyland. He is a registered consultant with the Office of Projects Services, UNDP and New York.
Dr. Raghunath was a visiting scholar at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University from 1990 to 1991 where he researched ‘strategy making’ in high-tech companies which included Cypress Semiconductors Inc., Harris Semiconductors Inc. Intel, Motorola, MIPS and National Semiconductor Corp. He serves as an independent director on the boards of many corporations and academic institutions.
Business and HR professional
Bikramjit is a business and HR professional with experiences in mainstream IT business spanning around 23 years. He started his independent consultant and coaching practice in 2007. His focus is to assist small and medium size organizations to create business-aligned people practices and help them develop healthy and robust leadership pipeline.
Bikramjit started his career with Infosys in 1999, focusing until 2003 on outsourcing delivery responsibilities for the Midwestern US market and built strategic relationships for Infosys that partly fueled its phenomenal business growth. Subsequently, as the head of Infosys’ Development Center at Bhubaneswar, India he was involved in scaling up the Center into a reputed Infosys Campus in the Eastern region. In 2005, he served as the Global Head, HR and provided strategic leadership to the HR team at Infosys.
Prior to Infosys, Bikramjit was the Delivery Head at RS Software, an outsourcing company. During his leadership at RS Software the company clocked a growth over 100% in a short span of two and a half years. Between 1980 and 1996 Bikram worked at CMC Limited in various roles.
Bikramjit holds a B. Sc. (Honors) in Physics from Presidency College, Kolkata and is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from University College of Technology, Kolkata. He has participated in various executive programs at XLRI, IIMA and Michigan Business School.
Bikramjit regularly speaks at various prestigious business forums. He has conducted and facilitated various leadership as well as executive training programs in India and abroad. He is qualified and accredited to administer the MBTI and FIRO-B instruments; and run assessment centers. He is also a certified executive coach, trainer and facilitator.
Co-founder and Non-Executive Director
Shweta is the Co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Spire Technologies Inc, and has been associated with Spire since its inception.
Shweta had a foundational role in bootstrapping the company and has led the Process Analytics group ensuring delivery of high quality output and solutions to Spire’s customers.
In addition to setting up the Enterprise Service Process System, she has also been involved in creating a robust Quality Assurance Framework, designing Spire’s internal Talent Management Program and putting in place an effective people engagement strategy.
